Since joining Jade Land Properties in 2014, Charlene has been a driving force behind its success. She has strived to rejuvenate the business by expanding its scope of service, optimising its digital presence, and elevating its brand image in the marketplace. She has been instrumental to securing agency appointments from international developers, including Canada, UK, and Malaysia. Recognised for her achievements in digital marketing, Charlene was commended at the Jessica Magazine Outstanding Women Awards 2020.

A Hong Kong native, Charlene graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specialising in marketing and a minor in psychology. She holds an Estate Agent’s Authority Salesperson’s License and a Real Estate Economics and Finance Certificate from The London School of Economics. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
