Born and raised in Hong Kong, Charlene received an international school education at the Canadian International School of Hong Kong, where she was immersed in an English-speaking environment from a young age, making English her mother tongue. She later pursued higher education at the University of British Columbia, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in marketing with a minor in psychology. During her studies, she expanded her global perspective through exchange programs at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, gaining firsthand exposure to European and Chinese business landscapes. To further enhance her expertise, she obtained a Real Estate Economics and Finance Certificate from The London School of Economics. Fluent in English and Cantonese, and proficient in Mandarin, Charlene effectively bridges cultures and markets to serve her diverse clientele.

Charlene has led numerous high-profile transactions, including the sale of a YOO18 Bonham luxury duplex apartment in Hong Kong’s prestigious Mid-levels district for HKD140 million in 2019. In 2021, she secured a MYR32.4 million bulk investment from UK FCA-regulated private equity firm Shojin Property Partners for 20 property units at Muze in Penang International Commercial City (PICC). Her expertise has also led to securing agency appointments from leading international developers in Canada, the UK, Thailand, and Malaysia.
