- Investment of RM58.8 billion

Component 4) Building KL's New Financial District: Tun Razak Exchange (TRX)

- To serve as KL’s new financial and business district - set to be the leading finance center in Asia

- The 70-acre district boasts A-grade offices, exclusive residential towers & towers & hotels, hospitality, and retail offerings

- Located in TRX, The Exchange 106 (2018 completion) is set to be the 2nd tallest building in Malaysia
