A collaboration between world-renowned interior design brand YOO and Europe’s most established hospitality brand Kempinski Hotels has resulted in 8 Conlay – a top-notch mixed-use integrated development situated in Kuala Lumpur’s most sought after location, the Golden Triangle area. The green-focused Spring concept creates calm and harmonized spaces, making use of neutral materials like weathered surfaces, unbleached fabrics, deep pile carpets and milky-white glass. Whereas the Urban concept suites reiterate the classic Hoppen style – thick crisp lines and neutral tones. In addition to ambient lighting, aesthetic harmony is achieved through the inclusion of taupe stone, dark timber flooring, as well as specialist plaster finishes and textiles to appeal to metropolitans.

“Despite their distinctive styles, Leung and Hoppen’s designs complement each other,” says Andrew Pang, Managing Director (Asia Pacific) of YOO and Managing Partner of YOO FK. “Co-existing in perfect harmony, the two towers form a tranquil oasis that epitomizes luxury urban living.”
